Senegal To Rework Debt as It Reaches New IMF Deal
Senegal's eurobonds fell after the government said it will move forward with a "debt treatment" under the Group of 20's Common Framework.
This came as Senegal agreed a new $2.2 billion program with the International Monetary Fund.
