BlackRock: $2.1T in GCC Capex By End of Decade
BlackRock Investment Institute’s Ben Powell says the Middle East conflict is likely to accelerate the GCC’s push toward economic resilience, diversification and greater self-reliance.
He told Horizons Middle East and Africa he expects more regional capital to be deployed domestically, with investment spanning infrastructure, AI, energy and security as Gulf states seek to reduce their exposure to strategic choke points while still generating attractive returns.
